Terms and Conditions
- We are not able to commit that a one-time cleaning will bring your goods to the original(brand new)condition. However we will do our best to maintain a high quality cleaning service to remove stains,dirt and marks but will not be able to restore wear & tear for all cleaning services.
- We accept no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions, and accept no liability for items treated in accordance with care labels or other instructions provided.
- We are not responsible for the goods materials bleeding(such as suede dye)or otherwise changing as a result of normal goods treatment procedures. Precautions will be taken to alleviate these problems if possible.
- Any items not collected within 3 months will be disposed of.
- We will not accept any damages made to counterfeit the goods as we can not guarantee the quality they are made to.Please be mindful that we take no responsibility for damaged shoebox/boxes or paperbag.
- While we do our utmost to give your goods back to you fresh & in pristine condition, we do not guarantee that any of our cleaning and restoration services can totally remove bad odours completely.
- Inspection of all items should be done upon collection.Any dissatisfaction with the item should be reported immediately to our Cleaning Consultant at the counter during the point of collection, failure to do so constitutes a waive of any claim to dissatisfaction or damage of the item.
- We deny any responsibility for lost or damaged items after customer /3rd party pick up or delivery.
- We reserves the right to refuse services to any customer and/or process any item at its discretion.
- We may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
